Founded on October 10th, 1997, Gracelove Training Institute began with a simple yet powerful vision — to nurture creativity, innovation, and excellence in the world of fashion design. From its humble beginnings as a small design school, the institute has grown into a renowned center for fashion education, known for shaping some of the most talented and influential designers in the industry today..
Over the years, Gracelove Training Institute has achieved numerous milestones. It has collaborated with leading fashion houses, hosted successful fashion shows, and received several national and international awards recognizing its commitment to quality education and creative expression. The institute’s curriculum has continuously evolved to meet global standards, integrating modern technology with timeless craftsmanship.
With over 2000+ graduates, the institute has produced professionals who have made significant contributions to the fashion industry—locally and internationally. Many alumni have launched their own successful brands, while others hold key positions in major fashion companies, bringing pride and recognition to their alma mater.

Founders History
Joana Eshun
Joana Eshun is the Current chief Executive Officer of Gracelove Creations Training Institute, a Winneba-based multifaced Fashion designing organization whose major operation include the production and sale of both custom and ready-sized exclusive African-stlyed clothing for ladies, gents, children, bridal wears, uniform for medical and teaching staff, all kinds of beads and beaded products (beaded dresses, bags, shoes, slippers etc). interior and event decoration services and extensive training of young girls in the art of fashion.
She was born on the 17th of December, 1975 to Madam Gracelove Osae. She is a talented fashion designer who possess in-depth expertise in the field of tailoring and dressmaking. She has accured over 20years of rich experience in the art fashion encompassing a mix of dynamic, exquisite African Clothing Designs with a touch of top-of-class Western-styled fashion trends and the harmonic juxtaposition of colours to manifest intent. She got some of her expertise from Gracelove Osae apart from Training in a Fashion School in Nigeria.
Joana Eshun is currently the President of Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association (GNTDA), Prior to becoming the leader of GNTDA, she rose through the ranks from floor member in the Winneba zone of the Association to the Zonal Training Coordinato, the Regional Training Coordinator and finally, the National Training Coordinator.
Joana Eshun is also a well-trained facilitator and assessor of the newly introduced Competency-Based Training (CBT), Programme of the Commision of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET) in Ghana with further training from Austraila and China.
Madam Gracelove
Madam Gracelove Osae, aka “Gracelove” was born on the 23rd October, 1947 in Winneba, to Madam Beatrice Morgan. She was the Headmistress of the former A. M. E Zion School. Gracelove is also a talented, experience and renowned dressmaker. she accured all these knowledge from Maame Ye through Antie Bea without any formal training.
Gracelove is currently the Directress of Gracelove Creations Training Institute. She managed her educational prefession alongside the Fashion Industry. Gracelove was born abd baptised in the A.M.E Zion church in Winneba. She rose through the ranks as she grew up to become the District president of the Winneba District and now in charge of the West Ghana Women’s Conference as the field worker of the Western West African Episcopal District.
Madam Beatrice Morgan
The baton of dressmaking was handed over to madam Beatrice Morgan, Alias “Antie Bea” who took the tradition to a higher level. she veered into the making of unisex clothing of all types apart from the hairdressing, styling of wigs and trading in clothing and textiles. Antie Bea trained a lot of learners in and outside of Winneba and some of whom are still practicing for a living today.
Antie Bea established the Edra Hilliard Cocation Institute which was the first vocation school in Winneba through the A.M.E Zion Church in america. the school employed and trained a lot of students from within and out of Winneba. Antie Bea also worshiped God whole heartedly until 1978 when she was invited byher Maker onto himslef after a short illness.
Maame Esi Odom
Maame Esi odom, Alias “Maame Ye” is the recognized originator of the noble family. At a tender age, she was adopted by her uncle Nana Banyin Osukow, a very industrious man and together, they worked hard to build the house called “Sraha”. “Maame Ye” Became a renowned trader in garment and textiles and the sale of Aggrey beads. She was a dressmaker and natural hairdresser in her time.
She was nicknamed “Maame Ye” meaning, A Good Mother. by all for her passion and love for people , no matter their backgrounds. her love was even extended to mentally retarded persons she encountered. she shared the very last she had with everyone. She was a merchant of the then UAC, UTC and GB Olivant Companies
She deligently serverd God as a staunch member and a leader of A.M.E Zion Church. Her uncle, Nana bayin Osukow donated the parcel of land on which the present J.C price Cathedral of A.M.E Zion church is built. Maame Ye gracefukky bowed out her maker in a peaceful manner.
